By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and maintain social ties and also challenges the communication dated 14th June, 2018 by which his application seeking parole on the grounds aforesaid was rejected. 2.
A status report has been filed. As per the status report, family of the petitioner, comprising of his mother, one brother and the two married sisters, was found residing at House No.88, Gali No.9, Ambedkar Nagar, Haiderpur, Delhi. Petitioner was granted interim suspension of sentence pending hearing of the appeal, which concession he did not misuse. 3.
Considering the facts verified, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. Petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of W.P.(CRL) 2637/2018
`25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner, through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
