% 17.03.2016 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have prayed that the respondents be directed to add their names along with legal heirs/legal representative of Late Lyoram in the properties being Khasra No.973/1 (2-8) and 974 (3-15), situated in the revenue estate of Village Mahipalpur.

It has been further submitted that the respondents be directed to mutate and add names of the petitioners in other agricultural properties as mentioned in para 2.10 of the petition. During the course of arguments, it is admitted by the petitioners'

counsel that petitioner have now filed an appeal under section 64 & 65 of the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954, before the Deputy Commissioner/District Collector, New Delhi against the mutation order passed in the year 2002, during the pendency of the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the Deputy Commissioner/District Collector, New Delhi to dispose of the appeal of the petitioners, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably in six months. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
