Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the appellant has not deposited the award amount in terms of the order dated 13th September, 2017 and the statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released to respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 shall adjust the same against the decretal amount.

The appeal and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the statutory amount deposited by the appellant be released to respondent no.1 and respondent no.1 shall adjust the said amount against the decretal amount.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
