By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 201/2017 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at PS Gandhi Nagar. 2.

The above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of Mukesh , the injured victim, who stated that on the day of incident he and the petitioner had an argument over a sum of ₹5200/- to be paid to the petitioner by Mukesh. After some time petitioner reached the spot with two other person and a lady and again an argument took place whereafter the victim, Mukesh, took the scissors in his hand but the petitioner snatched the scissors from Mukesh whereafter the two other persons caught hold of Mukesh and Ramveer Singh stabbed him several times in the chest. Petitioner has been in custody since 23rd May, 2017 and the injured and the all other eye witnesses have already been examined. Considering that the victim and eye witnesses have been examined, the trial is likely to take some time and the petitioner is in custody since 23rd May, 2017, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit. 5.

Petition is disposed of.
