% 19.12.2018 1.
Pursuant to order dated 11.12.2018, wherein directions were issued to trace out the missing child, two status reports have been filed both dated 18.12.2018.
2.
As per the status reports, efforts were already underway to trace out the missing girl.
Subsequently, she has been traced out and she, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., stated that she was not comfortable in the earlier Children's Home at Alipur.
3.
Learned APP for the State informs that the child did not want to go back to her parents and she is now lodged in Nirmal Chhaya. 4.
Since the child is a victim in FIR No.988/2017 inter alia under Section 376 IPC, the respondent State shall ensure her safety and well-being. 5.
In view of the above, no further orders are called for. 6.
The petition already stands disposed of by order dated 11.12.2018. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J DECEMBER 19, 2018/st
