The parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20th November, 2017 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the same is placed on record. Mr.Jayant Kumar further submits that the possession of the premises has been handed over to the petitioner and the electricity and water bills have also been paid.

The petition is disposed of taking the above Settlement Agreement on record and binding the parties for compliance of the same.
