% 19.01.2016 Both the parties state that the present petition may be transferred to the Arbitral Tribunal which has already commenced the proceedings, therefore, the petitioner agrees to file the copy of the pleadings as well as earlier orders passed by this Court. The said petition be treated by the Arbitral Tribunal as petition under Section 17 of the Act. In view of the abovesaid reason the present petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given Dasti, under the signatures of the Court Master to both the parties.
