% 18.07.2018 Crl.M.A.No.11774/2018 By this application, the petitioner seeks clarification of the order dated 17th May, 2018 wherein this Court noted that the examination of the prosecutrix had not been concluded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact the prosecutrix has been examined however since an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. was filed by the petitioner seeking recalling of the prosecutrix and her mother so their evidence had not technically concluded. The clarification sought is taken on record. The application is disposed of.

Bail App.No.956/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application for recalling prosecutrix and her mother for examination has been allowed and BAIL APPLN. 956/2017

since almost 24 prosecution witnesses have been examined by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take remedies in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
