% 15.12.2017 It is submitted that there were six accused in FIR No. 86/2013 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Mahendra Park.
It is further submitted that this FIR has already been quashed against five co-accused vide judgment passed by a bench of coordinate jurisdiction in Kapil Narula vs. State of Delhi 2016 SCC OnlIne Del 1002.
Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Sandeep Kumar of police station Mahendra Park. Respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection case FIR is quashed qua the petitioner as well.
Accordingly, in view of the facts and circumstances as detailed above, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioner as well.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
