The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.4 to conclude the proceedings initiated by the show cause notice dated 29.07.2016. Mr Singh, the learned counsel appearing for the said respondent states that a decision has been taken in

respect of the said show cause notice. However, the same is pending approval of the Competent Authority.

He states that the final decision would be communicated to concerned parties within a period of two weeks from today.

He also points out that the petitioner has made a representation, inter alia, praying that action be taken against respondent no.2 for submitting fraudulent documents. A similar prayer is also made in the present petition. Mr Singh states that the said representation would also be considered and a decision in this regard would be taken as expeditiously as possible. If necessary, the concerned parties would be afforded an opportunity to be heard. He assures this Court that the same would be communicated to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

Needless to state that if aggrieved by the aforesaid decision, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail of the remedies as available in law. 5.

No further orders required to be passed in this petition. 6.

The petition is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
