ARB. A. (COMM.) 36/2016 & IA No.12206/2016 After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the arbitrator for carrying out certain activities which according to the petitioner are imperative for the purpose of winding up of the business of the erstwhile partnership firm. The petition along with pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Needless to state that if the petitioner so applies, his prayer shall be considered by the arbitrator as expeditiously as possible.
