% 01.02.2018 No steps are indicated to have been taken for the service of the respondent no. 2 in terms of the proceeding dated 15.09.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner has now submitted the true copy of the order dated 02.11.2017 in case no. 472688/2016 of the Court of the learned ACMM, South, New Delhi indicating that the said complaint has already been dismissed for non-prosecution with it also having been observed vide the said order dated 02.11.2017 that the statement of the complainant had been recorded, as per which he had settled the matter with all the accused persons and did not want to prosecute this case anymore against them.
