O R D E R

% 20.01.2017 By an order dated 21.11.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr S.K. Tandon, ADJ (Retired) as an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties and his appointment was deferred awaiting the disclosure under section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mr Tandon has since furnished the necessary disclosure under section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which indicates that there are no circumstances which are likely to give rise to any justifiable doubts as to his independence or impartiality or his ability to finish the entire arbitration within twelve months from today. Accordingly, Sh. Tandon is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitral fees shall be fixed in accordance with Schedule IV to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
