The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 23rd April, 2014 passed by learned Special Judge, CBI, Rohini Courts, Delhi in case FIR No. 376/2010 registered under Sections 392/411/34 IPC at PS Keshav Puram.

Nominal roll in respect of the petitioner has been obtained. 3.

Perusal of the nominal roll reveals that petitioner has been released from jail on 26th May, 2016 on completion of sentence and the fine has also been paid by him at jail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is a legal aid counsel, submits that she has no instruction in this matter.

It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. PRATIBHA RANI, J.
