I am informed by counsel for the parties that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 23.09.2016.

It is stated that parties had approached this Court and obtained an extension of time on 26.02.2018.

Counsel for the parties inform me, that the matter is at the stage of final arguments, therefore, considering the time and money invested in it, time for pronouncement and publication of the award be extended by another 2 months.
