% 22.05.2017 Having regard to the nominal roll indicating that aside from the case of dacoity in which the appellant is undergoing sentence of rigorous imprisonment of ten years, he is also facing trial in three other cases of grave crimes involving the commission of robbery or dacoity as the prime motive, at least two being on the charge of armed dacoity, the offence of culpable homicide amounting to murder having been committed in at least one of them, coupled with the unsatisfactory conduct in the jail leading to punishments being awarded for jail offences, no good ground for release on parole is made out.

Dismissed.
