plaintiff, and he has instruction to withdraw the present suit. 5.

In view of the above, the suit and the pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders passed by this court, including the interim orders with respect to the property bearing no.629, Sector 21, Pocket E, Gurgaon, Haryana, shall stand vacated. It is further recorded that the plaintiff has no claim against the property which has been sold to the defendant no.7, that is, property bearing Plot No. 550, Sector 23-23A, Gurgaon, Haryana.
