O R D E R

% 31.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 12.01.2017, the respondent has paid them a total sum of Rs.7,50,000/- by way of settlement which includes the dishonoured cheque amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and interest Rs.2,50,000/-.

In view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of "Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H., (2010) 5 SCC 663, the respondent is directed to deposit 15% of the cheque amount i.e. Rs.75,000/- with the Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee within four weeks from today and place the copy of the receipt on the record. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
