Mr. Sugriva Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed the original documents and the same may be handed over to the IO for the purpose of investigation after keeping a set of documents on record and giving two days time to the petitioner to apply for the certified copies and obtain the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that after he gets the certified copy, Registry may be directed to handover the documents to the Investigating Officer against receipt. Mr. Sugriva Dubey also seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, Registry is directed to handover the original documents filed by the petitioner to the concerned Investigating Officer against receipt for the purpose of investigation in case FIR No.124/2012, PS Ranhola, dated 01.06.2012, W.P.(CRL) 1107/2015

under Section 420/468/471 IPC. The documents will be given to the Investigating Officer after keeping the set of certified copy of original documents on this file and furnish the certified copy of the original documents to the petitioner for which she will apply within two days. 4.
