CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 03.05.2018 The learned counsel representing the second respondent submits that the case (429/2004) on the file of which the impugned orders were passed by the administrative civil Judge on 15.12.2014 and 10.02.2015 which were challenged by the petition at hand has already been decided by judgment being rendered on 19.01.2017. This is confirmed upon the perusal of the record of the trial court which has been received.

In this view, it is clear that the petition has become infructuous and it with pending application stands disposed of accordingly. R.K.GAUBA, J.
