% 28.08.2017 There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner/convict has not been produced from the jail despite issuance of production warrant. As per the report received from the Jail authorities, the petitioner/convict has already been released from the jail on 18th May, 2017 after completing his sentence in the present case. In these circumstances, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
