Prem Lata pending before ACJ (North-East District) Karkardoom Court is transferred to the Court of ADJ, Karkardoom (East District) where the connected suit i.e. Suit No.347/2011 titled Prem Lata Vs. Mahesh Kumar is pending.

Parties are directed to appear before the District Judge (NorthEast), Karkardooma Courts on 09.3.2016 who will pass appropriate orders of transfer of the Suit No. 146/2011 Mahesh Kumar Vs. Prem Lata to the District Judge (East) who may try the suit himself or send it to some other competent Court.
