O R D E R

% 22.01.2018 Mr. Rajat Malhotra, the learned counsel for the State, submits upon instructions by way of a communication from SDM, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi, under the approval of the Secretary (Revenue), that the State would like to withdraw the present appeal, particularly, in view of this Court's previous order dated 11.01.2018. In the circumstance, the appeal, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the Executing Court shall ensure that the entire awarded amount alongwith interest thereon is released to the beneficiary within three weeks from today.
