% 03.08.2017 Today matter is listed for recording of statement of petitioners No.5 and 7.

Statements of the petitioners No.5 and 7 have been recorded to which they have settled all their disputes amicably with the respondent No.2 as per Mediation Order dated 20.07.2015.

Statements of the parties except petitioners No.5 and 7 have already been recorded vide order dated 21.07.2017.

In view of the fact that the parties have amicably resolved their differences voluntarily and out of their own free will and without any coercion, pressure, and no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the proceedings. It would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. There is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question. Consequently, FIR No.300/2012 registered under Sections 406/498-A/34 IPC at P.S. Nangloi, CRL.M.C. 2550/2017

New Delhi and proceedings pursuant thereto are hereby quashed. The petition is disposed of.
