Transfer is sought of Arbitration Case No.402/2017 titled "Delhi Transco Ltd. Vs. Hythro Power Corporation Ltd." pending in the Court of Additional District Judge (ADJ)-01, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to this Court contending that the same is a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 with respect to arbitral award, claims / counter-claims wherein were of over Rs.13 crores and which though was pending as OMP No.151/2009 but has been wrongly transferred to the District Court.

Notice of this petition was issued and the counsel for the respondent appears and has no objection.

The petition is allowed.

Arbitration Case No.402/2017 titled "Delhi Transco Ltd. Vs. Hythro Power Corporation Ltd." pending in the Court of Additional District Judge TR.P.(C.) 89/2017

(ADJ)-01, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi is transferred to this Court to be re-numbered as per its original number i.e. OMP No.151/2009 and to be listed before the appropriate Bench. 5.

The petition is disposed of.
