% 17.08.2017 Learned counsels for respondents point out that the petitioners' Building Completion Certificate ((BCC) related documents were filed before respondent no.2 but they were not found to be in order. Petitioner institute has, however, been granted a provisional affiliation subject to the condition that the petitioner will produce all the relevant documents (BCC related documents) on or before 15.12.2017 and on their doing needful the case of the petitioner shall be processed in accordance with law.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
