% 16.02.2018 C.M. No.6114/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of the typographical mistake in the order dated 8th February, 2018. Learned counsel for the parties point out that though the order records the date of impugned order as 26th September, 2016, they point out that the impugned order is actually dated 25th April, 2017, placed at page 65 of the paper book.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and does not oppose the application.

The application is, accordingly, allowed. The date of the impugned order as mentioned in the order dated 8th February, 2018, shall stand corrected and shall read as 25th April, 2017.
