M.G. 3735/2016, FIR 255/2016 was registered on the complaint of Smt. Nayan Nandi against Smt. Meena Bisht and Sh. Dan Singh Bisht.

During the course of hearing, it has been revealed that there were some financial dealings between Smt. Meena Bisht and Sh. Bablu Haldar and a civil suit is pending. Gomplainants in both the FIRs are present in Gourt and have been identified by SI Kapil Kumar of police station Khazuri Khas. Smt.
