W.P.(C) 4397/2017 & CM No.19193/2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to appear before the Estate Officer on 22nd May, 2017 and file the reply along with relevant documents and make submissions in support of the reply. The writ petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If petitioner suffers an order before the Estate Officer, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to him.

Needless to say that this Court has not examined the petitioner's case on merits and all the rights and contentions agitated by the parties are left open to be considered by Estate Officer in accordance with law. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
