O R D E R

% 23.01.2018 Respondent No. 2 Seema is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Sandeep Kumar of Police Station Ambedkar Nagar.

Respondent No. 2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before the mediation centre, Saket on 9th April, 2015 and she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Respondent No. 2 says that she has already received the settled amount of `3,75,000/-. Petitioners and the respondent No. 2 are neighbours.

They have settled their disputes amicably and respondent No.2 does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, therefore, in the interest of justice FIR No. 660/2014 under Sections 323/354/354B/506/ 509/34 IPC registered at police station Ambedkar Nagar and the consequent

proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
