This appeal is disposed of as not pressed with the consent order and the appellants are granted time to vacate the suit property on or before 31.3.2018.

Appellants will file their undertakings in this Court to vacate the suit property on or before 31.3.2018 and shall continue to pay any electricity and water charges as payable for the suit premises till the same are in possession of the appellants. 2.

Let necessary affidavits of undertakings in terms of the present order be filed within two weeks and on the appellants filing the undertakings and complying with the terms of the same, appellants will not be evicted from the suit premises till 31.3.2018. 3.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
