% 29.03.2017 The learned counsel for the execution petitioner/decree holder submits that given the valuation and the relief granted by the decree which is being executed here, the matter will have to be transferred to the District Courts. Having regard to the submission that part of cause of action had arisen on account of negotiations at the office of the decree holder at 6, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019, the jurisdiction per the submissions of the counsel for the decree holder would vest with the District Judge, South-East at Saket Court Complex. Therefore the execution petition is transferred to the file of District Judge SouthEast, Saket Court Complex where the parties may appear on 1st May, 2017 for further proceedings in accordance with law. The District Judge South-East, Saket Court Complex may, in her discretion, retain the matter on her board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control. The Registry shall send the file well in time to the transferee Court. R.K.GAUBA, J.
