% 23.05.2017 Conversion of plot No.277, Sector 19, Amberhai, Dwarka, from lease hold to free hold was sought by petitioner way back on 10th May, 2007. Petitioner's application stood acknowledged by respondent. The grievance of petitioner is that despite payment of conversion charges, property in question has not been converted to free hold despite Legal Notice of 2nd March, 2017 (Annexure-B).
Upon Notice, Mr. Arun Birbal, submits that Legal Notice (Annexure -B) would be dealt with by Director (Land & Disposal) within four weeks by passing a speaking order and if need be, an opportunity of hearing would be afforded to petitioner and fate of the Legal Notice would be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter. In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, this petition is disposed of W.P.(C) 4541/2017
with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedies as available in the law, if need be.
