% 20.01.2016 I.A. No. 881/2016 This application has been filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC to record their settlement. The application has been signed by the parties and their respective counsel and is also supported by the affidavit of Mr.Sushil Patidar, who is proprietor of Operant Agrotech and the defendant in the present suit. It is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. Sarvesh Patel, the constituted attorney of the plaintiff. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of paragraphs 3.1 to 3.9 of the settlement recorded in this application.
