% 24.05.2017 The petitioner by the present petition seeks a direction to refund the unlocked and unused e-court fees issued in the name of the petitioner company.
The petitioner purchased e-court fees on 29.11.2016, which was issued by three separate numbers in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, Rs.50,000/- and Rs. 42,000/- respectively.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said court fees is unlocked and unused and the petitioner is seeking refund of the same.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner would be required to make an application seeking refund of the court fees in the office of respondent no. 2.
The petitioner is directed to make an application to respondent W.P.(C) 4552/2017
no. 2 within two days.
On such an application being made, respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same in accordance with law and if the petitioner is entitled, refund the court fees within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the application.
