O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 The present contempt petition alleges the violation of order dated November 10, 2016. It is agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Director of Intelligence Bureau has filed an application seeking clarification of order dated November 10, 2016 which has been decided vide order dated November 03, 2017 in which it has been made clear that it is the Intelligence Bureau, who would pay the arrears of salary to the petitioner herein. If that be so, the contempt petition having been filed against the Director General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) shall not be maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition and file an appropriate petition impleading the appropriate authority.
