O R D E R

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that if an opportunity is given to file representation before the Managing Committee of defendant qua purported electoral reforms to be initiated by committee and if such representation are decided within two weeks, thereafter, the plaintiff shall withdraw the suit. The learned senior counsel for the defendant agrees to this submission. Hence, the plaintiff may move a representation to be decided within the time frame stated above. This shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties to take appropriate legal steps thereafter. In view of the submissions so made, the suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application(s) also stand disposed of. The plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per the provisions of the Court Fees Act.
