% 18.04.2017 The petitioner by the present petition had sought a direction against the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for selection /allotment of fair price shop. The respondent in the counter affidavit contended that the application filed by the petitioner was considered but the same was rejected on 14.10.2016. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 14.10.2016. The petition is withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
