% 30.11.2018 In view of the settlement arrived at in CS (OS) 515/2018, the Plaintiff who is present with learned counsel, submits that he does not wish to pursue the present suit. He also submits that in view of the settlement, he will execute the necessary documentation in respect of two floors of the property bearing No.BG-23, 2nd & 3rd Floors, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi giving up his rights and vesting ownership with his mother Smt. Indresh Sharma and brother Shri Sajal Sharma.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn binding the Plaintiff to the settlement entered into in suit CS (OS) 515/2018. All pending I.As. also stand disposed of.
