CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 11.07.2017 The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 20.04.2017 issued by respondent No. 3 i.e. Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, Rajasthan. On advance notice learned counsel for respondent No. 2 appeared and put in appearance. His submission is that this court does not have jurisdiction to entertain the petition as no cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this court. This position is disputed by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks a limited relief and that relief which he is praying for is that accounts of the petitioner be considered by respondent No. 3 and whatever is the fair amount outstanding against the petitioner, he would be ready to pay to respondent No. 3. He seeks no interim relief.

In this view of the matter the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to place his accounts before respondent No. 3 who shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order. On the petitioner taking appropriate steps and filing an application (along with his accounts) before respondent No. 3 within a period of two weeks, the same shall be answered by respondent No. 3 within a period of three weeks thereafter.

Petition is disposed of.
