At the outset, she points out that in the FIR there are three accused, namely, Sunny, Naim and Rishi. However, the present petition has been preferred by only one of the accused Naim. The other two accused have not

entered into compromise with the complainant and they are not petitioners in the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. Dismissed as withdrawn.
