However, learned counsel for respondent No. 7 submits that as he is a newly added party by NCLT, this court may observe that he would be requesting the NCLT for time to file a reply. The submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No 7 do not relate to the present proceedings and hence, do not require any observations from this court.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
