% 29.05.2017 In this petition, mandamus is sought to respondent-DDA to sanction the Building Plan as per the Master Plan of Delhi and Conveyance Deed of 23rd July, 2014.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that despite several representations, the Building Plan for subject premises has not been sanctioned. Upon notice, learned standing counsel for respondent-DDA submits that if petitioners' representation of 14th August, 2015 and reminder of 24th January, 2017 (Annexure P-15) is received or is still pending, then it would be decided within six weeks, if not already decided, and its fate would be made known to petitioners within two W.P.(C) 4799/2017

In view of aforesaid, this petition and the application are disposed of with direction to respondent-DDA to decide petitioners' representation of 14th August, 2015 and reminder of 24th January, 2017 (Annexure P-15) within the above stipulated time and if the Building Plan for the subject premises is not sanctioned, then to pass a speaking order so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available to them in law, if so advised.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to both sides. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE MAY 29, 2017 s W.P.(C) 4799/2017
