% 01.09.2017 After some arguments learned senior counsel for the petitioner under instructions from his client seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition. He submits that he will be taking appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum which is the DRT/DRAT. His further submission is that he was enjoying an interim protection granted by this court in terms of order dated 05.10.2016. Submission being that this interim protection be continued till the time the petitioner approaches the appropriate forum.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Protection granted by this court on 05.10.2016 shall continue in favour of the petitioner for the next two weeks. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petition.
