The application has been signed by the authorized signatory of the plaintiff, the proprietor of the defendant and their respective counsels and it is also supported by the affidavit of Mr. Hani Rizvi, the authorized signatory of the plaintiff and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Verma, the proprietor of the defendant. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause 24(a) and 24(b).
