% 01.05.2019 Both sides submit that settlement of 17"" April, 2018 has been arrived at between.the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that settlement qua subject matter of these complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 has been already acted upon. CRL.M.C. 2092/2017 & Connected matters Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

Learned counsel for respondent/complainant-Bank submits that she has been recently engaged by the respondent/complainant-Bank. She submits that it will be ensured that settlement of IV"^ April, 2018 qiia the subject matter of these complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 is fully acted upon and further submits that she will obtain instructions from the respondent/cpmplainant and shall take the steps accordingly before the trial court within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of stand taken aforesaid, these petitions and the applications are disposed of as infructuous with direction to trial court to ensure that the aforesaid settlement of 1?"^ April, 2018 qua the subject matter of these complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 is acted upon and thereafter bring an end to the complaints in question pending before it. Let the parties appear before the trial court on 6^"^ June, 2019.

With aforesaid directions, these petitions and applications are disposed of as infructuous.
