% 17.05.2018 Today, learned counsel for plaintiff admits that the plaintiff has been gainfully employed since June, 2017. Consequently, even according to the plaintiff, this Court does not have the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain and decide the present suit as the suit value being less than Rupees One Crore. Accordingly, in view of the Notification No.F.No.L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, 2015, the Registry is directed to transfer the present suit to the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, who may either hear the suit herself or mark the same to an appropriate Court. List the matter before the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, on 16th July, 2018.
