% 15.03.2018 IA No.3557/2018 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 1 and 3 read with Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawl of the suit on behalf of the plaintiff. The plaintiff filed accompanying suit for partition of the subject property no.M-56, GK-I New Delhi and also the ancestral properties situated in Bulandshahr (U.P). It is submitted the plaintiff and defendants are the family members related with blood and now upon the intervention of relatives and well wishers of the parties, the differences amongst the parties have been sorted out and accordingly the plaintiff herein doesn't want to pursue the present suit further and has agreed to withdraw the same.

In the circumstances the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to institute a fresh suit in case the any new cause of action is

arises. No order as to costs The earlier date fixed stands cancelled.
