The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition as Merchandise Export from India Scheme (MEIS) Scrips, as sought for by the petitioner, have been issued. He further states that this is without prejudice to all rights and contentions of the petitioner with regard to contesting the audit objections pertaining to availing excess benefits of Status Holder Incentive Scrip (SHIS) amounting to ₹7,39,739/- (which amount has been deposited by the petitioner without prejudice to its rights). 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
