O R D E R

% 18.01.2019 The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2018.

The terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have settled the dispute amicably and the plaintiffs have agreed to withdraw the present suit. Learned counsel for the plaintiff hence states that he would, in terms of the Settlement Agreement, like to withdraw the suit. Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand dismissed. In terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, the plaintiffs shall be entitled to refund of the court fees.
